A space for the self to unfold

Breathwork, as I practice it, is not a standalone technique but a tool for consciously creating within a broader process of awareness of life. Rooted in embodied awareness and intentional presence, this approach supports nervous system regulation and the gentle unwinding of conditioned patterns not through force, but through attunement and relationship.

Breathwork Mastery RBM brings unconscious patterns into awareness, supports emotional integration, and creates space to respond to life with greater clarity and choice.

“Breathwork is the process of revealing ourselves, to ourselves”

~ Breathwork Mastery RBM founder Alakh Analda

About Me

I’m Amy, a Brooklyn-based LCSW + Breathwork Mastery RBM Practitioner offering gentle, conscious breathwork to support self-connection, nervous system regulation, and creative engagement with life.

Breathwork Mastery RBM

Breathwork Mastery RBM - also referred to as Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery or simply RBM - is rooted in embodied awareness, intentional presence, and a deep respect for the body’s natural pacing and capacity.

Rather than using the breath to induce intensity or catharsis, RBM emphasizes gentle, non-forced, connected breathing to support nervous system regulation, increased self-awareness, and the gradual softening of conditioned patterns shaped by stress, attachment, and early experience. Working with RBM is a co-creative, agenda-free space that cultivates safety in the body in order to rewire and unwind stored stress, integrate past experiences, and anchor new reference points that support a deeper connection to your most authentic self.

This modality supports:

  • Nervous system regulation and settling

  • Increased capacity to notice and tolerate internal experience

  • Greater flexibility in emotional and relational patterns

  • Integration of insight on a felt, embodied level

Lineage & Training

The Breathwork Mastery RBM lineage was founded by Alakh Analda and is carried forth by practitioner trainer Eleanor Mann at the School of Breathwork. The breath used in this practice is natural, subtle, and accessible, and is approached with care, attunement, and respect for individual differences.

Training in this style of breathwork includes 80+ hours of personal breathwork sessions, 45+ hours of assisting sessions, 10 hours of 1:1 supervision and 75+ hours of supervised facilitation in order to graduate as a facilitator. The process takes 2 years to complete and the certification is recognized internationally and adheres to the highest standards currently set for breathwork as a profession. I continue to participate regularly in self-mastery and professional development, and personally practice RBM through self-sessions and facilitated sessions on a weekly basis.

What a Session includes

  • A gentle, self-paced, parasympathetic guided breathing practice
